ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Appointed by the Board of County Commissioners, the Administrative Director is the chief administrative officer of the County. The Administrative Director, under authority of the County Commissioners, is responsible for the daily operations of County government (County Code, County Government Article, sec. 4-101).

ETHICS BOARD

FINANCE OFFICE
The County Finance Officer heads the Finance Office and is appointed by and responsible to the Board of County Commissioners. In Worcester County, the Finance Officer also serves as County Treasurer (County Code, County Government Article, secs. 4-201 through 4-203)
